Shipping and Returns
After You Order...
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We use Canada Post as our carrier and they will deliver your package within 2-5 business days after we've shipped your order. You will receive email updates with a tracking number as we fulfill and ship your order.
Orders for US may be held at customs and may take 7-14 business days to arrive.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you're displeased with your soaps, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help in any way we can.
Once you request a refund, we will notify you that we've received your request.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
