After You Order...
Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. We use USPS and UPS as our carriers You will receive email updates with a tracking number as we fulfill and ship your order.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you're displeased with your soaps, please contact us at info@quenchsoap.com and we'll be happy to help in any way we can.
Refund Policy
Once you request a refund, we will notify you that we've received your request.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
